Hamburger Cupcakes 2
Ingredients
- Grated cheese
- 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon(s) Chopped Onion
- ½ cup(s) barbecue sauce
- ½ tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 1 - 10 count can refrigerated biscuits
Brown ground beef and onion. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Grease muffin tins and spread biscuits into tins. Fill with ground beef mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
