Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground marjoram
  • 1 cup(s) celery, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 28 ounce(s) canned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt, or to taste

    • 1 ½ pound(s) stew beef, cubed

    • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
