  • 1 cup(s) celery, sliced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup(s) onion, chopped
  • 4 cup(s) beef broth
  • 1 ½ pound(s) stew beef, cubed
  • 1 cup(s) frozen peas, optional
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground marjoram
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon(s) ground thyme
    • ½ teaspoon(s) crushed rosemary
    • 2 teaspoon(s) salt, or to taste
    • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
    • 28 ounce(s) canned tomatoes
    • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • ½ teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
