Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds antelope sausages or spicy Italian sausages
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 7 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups onions
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef (15% fat)
  • ¾ cup tomato paste
  • ¾ pound ground venison or ground beef (15% fat)
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • ¾ pound bacon
    • 1 ½ cups dry white wine
    • 1 ½ cups whole milk
    • 5 tablespoons butter
    • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 ¼ cups celery
