Italian Meatball & Noodle Soup

  • 2 can(s) beef broth (14 ½ ounce cans)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips (medium)
  • 1 package(s) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, red bell pepper, onions and mushrooms) (16 ounce package)
  • 16 frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs (1 ½ inch )
  • 1 uncooked dried egg noodles (2 ounces 1 cup )
  • 1 teaspoon(s) finely chopped fresh garlic

    • 2 teaspoon(s) dried Italian seasoning
    • Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
