Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 jar(s) marinara sauce, divided
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
  • ½ cup(s) green peppers, diced
  • ½ cup(s) cracker crumbs or plain bread crumbs

    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 cup(s) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup(s) freshly grated Parmesan or pecorino Romano cheese
    • 2 pound(s) ground beef or meatloaf mix of beef, pork, and veal
