Ingredients

  • ½ pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup matchstick-cut carrots, finely chopped*
  • 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Land O Lakes® Eggs

    • ½ cup finely chopped onion
    • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • ½ teaspoon pepper
    • 6 (¾-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend
    • 1 ¼ cups water
    • 6 (¾-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into quarters
    • 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/3 cups instant mashed potatoes
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • Paprika, if desired
