Italian Meatloaf Roll up

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup(s) tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ½ cup(s) onions, chopped fine
  • 1/3 teaspoon(s) oregano

Mix all ingredients together and press down hamburg mixture on 10 x 12 inch piece of wax paper. Sprinkle with 2 cups mozzarella cheese and roll up like a jelly roll.
