  • beef liver
  • Oatmeal
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 beef heart
  • 1 beef tongue

Boil the meats together until done. Save the broth. Peel the tongue. Grind meat and place in large kettle with broth. Bring to a boil gradually adding oatmeal until mixture thickens. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over fried potatoes or toast. Freezes well. Enjoy!
