  • 1 pound medium pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 4 cups (24 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 3 cups (24 ounces) 4% cottage cheese

    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
    • 1 jar (26 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
