Lobscouse (Lobscows)

Ingredients

  • ½ lb stewing beef
  • ½ lb carrot
  • 1 lb potato
  • 1 tablespoon salt

1 Peel the potatoes and dice (1 inch). 2 Scrape carrots and slice. 3 Peel onion and slice. 4 Dice meat into 1 inch pieces. 5 Place meat in a large saucepan with carrots onions salt and about 2 pints of water. 6 Boil for 30 minutes. 7 Add potatoes and boil for 30 more minutes.
