1 Add olive oil to hot saucepan. 2 Add onions, garlic and cook 2 or 3 minutes. 3 Add mushrooms and sauté until tender. 4 Add flour and cook 1 minute, then deglaze pan with wine. 5 Add beef stock, blend, and cook until sauce thickens. 6 Serve over chicken or pork.
