MEATBALLS IN A MUG
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon(s) instant onion
- ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon(s) milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) oatmeal
- ¼ pound(s) ground beef
Combine all ingredients and put in a 6 or 8 oz. mug. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 3-3 1/2 minutes or until cooked in center. Drain juices and invert on serving plate.
