Mexican Lasagna with Jack Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • ¾ minced garlic
  • 2 t oregano
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
  • 15 lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar chunky mild salsa

    • 2 c sour cream
    • 1 can sliced black olives
    • ¾ chopped green onions
    • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Brown the beef in a large skillet. Drain it, and return it to the pan. Add the garlic, oregano, and cumin.
