MICROWAVE BEEF OR VENISON STROGANOFF

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• cooked noodles or rice
• 1 pound(s) burger
• 1 teaspoon(s) catsup
• 1 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 1 can(s) sliced mushrooms (small can)
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) sour cream

Combine burger, onion, mushrooms, bouillon cube, flour, catsup, salt, and 1/2 cup water in a microwave-proof casserole or baking dish. (I use a 2 quart CorningWare dish.) Stir well.
