Microwave Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
  • 1 pound(s) sirloin steak (½ inch thick)
  • 1 cup(s) dairy sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
  • ¼ cup(s) water
  • 1 can(s) Sliced Mushrooms (drained) (4 ounce Can)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic (minced)

    • 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup (10 ¾ ounce can)

Trim excess fat from meat. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pound into both sides of meat. Cut beef into thin strips. Place butter in 2 quart casserole.
