Microwave Tacos

Ingredients

  • taco sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 8 medium taco shells, warmed
    • ¼ cup water

1. Crumble the ground beef into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with glass lid. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes on High.
