Microwave Tortilla Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) tomato sauce
- 1 packet(s) taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cup(s) sour cream
- 6 corn tortillas, halved & cut inch 1 inch strips
- 1 onion, chopped (medium)
- + 1 more ingredients

- 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef
Microwave beef and onion on high. Stir every 2 minutes until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in sauce and tortillas. Put half of mixture in a 2 1/2 quart microwave dish. Add half of sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers. Cook at 70% power 10 minutes. Let stand 2-4 minutes.
