Mince and Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 green onions/shallots, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup barbeque sauce
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 small red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 120 g baby corn, thinly sliced diagonally
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 300 g broccoli, cut into small florets
    • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 brown onion, halved and cut into thin wedges
    • 500 g beef mince
    • 1½ tablespoons peanut oil
    • 450 g fresh hokkien noodles
