    • 16 ounce(s) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    • 3 cup(s) water
    • 3 cup(s) beef broth
    • 28 ounce(s) tomatoes, canned, diced in juice
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) oregano
    • ½ cup(s) carrots, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup(s) celery, chopped
    • 10 ounce(s) spinach, frozen, thawed and well drained
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • freshly grated Parmesan or Romano
