Mini-Cheeseburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • Condiments: mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, minced onion, dill pickle slices, tomato slices, lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (7 1/2-ounce) package party rolls
  • 5 (3/4-ounce) process American cheese slices, quartered
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Combine first 4 ingredients. Shape mixture by tablespoonfuls into patties, and place on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 17 minutes or until done.
