Mommy's Yummy Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 3 eggs (large)
- ¾ cup(s) Italian bread crumbs
- ½ cup(s) grated parmesano reggiano cheese
- 1 pound(s) ground veal
- 1 pound(s) ground pork

- 1 pound(s) ground beef (8 0/20)
Mix ingredients until just combined (do not "over mix"). Form balls either small or medium. Brown until medium on all sides. Serve with favorite pasta sauce if you like. Let simmer for 5-6 hours.
