Monte Verde Short Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4-6 short ribs
  • ½ t seasoned salt
  • 3 T flour to coat ribs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ c catsup
  • ½ c vinegar (I like red wine vinegar)
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 t dry mustard
    • 1 c beef bouillon
    • 3 carrots in slices (more if you wish)
