Moroccan Beef with Honey-Spice Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) beef flank steak
  • Marinade:
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 2 t garlic salt
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1 t ground coriander
  • ½ t ground cinnamon
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • ½ t ground ginger
    • ½ t freshly ground black pepper
    • ½ c honey
    • ½ c olive oil
    • Honey-Spice Couscous:
    • 2 c water
    • 1/3 c reserved steak marinade
    • 1 (8 3/4-ounce) garbanzo beans, drained
    • 1 c chopped fresh tomatoes
    • 1/3 c chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 box couscous
