Moroccan Beef with Honey-Spice Couscous
Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/2-pound) beef flank steak
- Marinade:
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 t garlic salt
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 t ground coriander
- ½ t ground cinnamon

- ½ t freshly ground black pepper
- ½ c honey
- ½ c olive oil
- Honey-Spice Couscous:
- 2 c water
- 1/3 c reserved steak marinade
- 1 (8 3/4-ounce) garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 c chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1/3 c chopped fresh parsley
- 1 box couscous
