Mountaineer Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (medium)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • 2 cup(s) canned tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chile powder
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • ½ cup(s) uncooked Minute Rice

1.) Cook together in skillet the onion, green pepper w/ butter til onion turns yellow 2.) Add ground beef and saut til mixture falls apart 3.) Add tomato, chile' powder, pepper, rice & salt 4.) Mix and pour into greased baking dish 5.) Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Delicious!
