Ingredients

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups garden peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
