Norwegian Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 can(s) mushroom soup, diluted
  • ½ cup(s) warm water
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ginger
  • ½ teaspoon(s) mace
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 cup(s) cracker crumbs
    • ½ cup(s) Milk
    • 3 pound(s) ground beef

Mix ingredients well. Make small balls, brown well in shortening. Then add 1/2 C. warm water: cover and steam 1 hour. Add diluted mushroom soup and simmer 15 minutes longer.
