  • 1 pound cooked, sliced Greek-Style Beef
  • ¼ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Toppings: sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 (14-oz.) can beef broth
  • ½ (16-oz.) package vermicelli
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • ¼ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
    • 1 ½ cups snow peas, trimmed

1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. 2. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add carrots and snow peas, and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
