Parisian Steak
Ingredients
- white bread
- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 jar(s) capers, small jar
- handful of horseradish strings
- chopped pickled beets
- chopped pickles
Mix ground beef with capers, horseradish, chopped pickled beets, and chopped pickles; make into patties. Fry in butter and oil. Toast simple white bread. Fry eggs sunny side up. Serve fried patty over toast covered by a fried egg.
