  • white bread
  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 jar(s) capers, small jar
  • handful of horseradish strings
  • chopped pickled beets
  • chopped pickles

Mix ground beef with capers, horseradish, chopped pickled beets, and chopped pickles; make into patties. Fry in butter and oil. Toast simple white bread. Fry eggs sunny side up. Serve fried patty over toast covered by a fried egg.
