Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients

• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• 1 stalk(s) celery, sliced thin
• 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 1 cup(s) red wine
• 1 28 oz can tomatoes (break up if whole)
• whole milk or cream
• 1 slice(s) bacon, chopped
