Pasta Fajoli

Ingredients

• 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
• 1 cup(s) diced onions
• 1 cup(s) diced carrots
• 3 ribs celery, cooked
• 2 can(s) diced tomatoes, undrained (14 ounce cans)
• 1 can(s) kidney beans (15 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) Great Northern Beans (15 ounce can)
• + 9 more ingredients
• • 1 can(s) tomato sauce (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can(s) V8 juice (12 ounce can)
  • 2 gloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) basil
  • ½ pound(s) ditalini pasta

Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Simmer first 5 ingredients together for 10 minutes. Add all ingredients except pasta and simmer for 1 hour. Cook pasta separately. Add to soup and simmer 10 minutes.
