  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 stalk(s) diced celery
  • 2 diced or grated carrots
  • 2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 jar(s) Ragu pasta sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 8 ounce(s) Rotini pasta
