Pasta Hot Dish
Ingredients
- 1 diced onion
- 2 stalk(s) diced celery
- 2 diced or grated carrots
- 2 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 jar(s) Ragu pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 8 ounce(s) Rotini pasta
In 2 T. oil, sauté onion, celery & carrot til almost tender. Remove & set aside. In same skillet, brown seasoned ground beef; drain off fat. Add the sautéed vegetables. Stir in sauce & brown sugar.
