Peanut Butter Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • Sour cream
  • Avocado slices (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup French salad dressing
  • ½ cup mild salsa
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 6 green onions, sliced
    • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges for garnish
    • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
    • ¾ cup water
    • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
    • ¼ cup JIF® Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1 pound lean ground beef
