Ingredients

2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 ¼ teaspoons ground coriander
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
