Pineapple-Soy Glazed Beef Steaks
Ingredients
- 2 beef ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 1-½ pounds)
- ¼ cup(s) pineapple juice
- ¼ cup(s) soy sauce
- Glaze:
- 2 tablespoon(s) packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
