Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 ounce(s) tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup(s) chopped onion
    • ½ cup(s) water
    • ½ cup(s) uncooked long-grain rice
    • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef

Mix beef with rice, onion, 1/2 cup water, salts, garlic, and pepper. Shape into balls. Heat 1 T. oil in skillet. Cook balls over medium heat until browned. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil. Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes; turning meatballs occasionally and basting with sauce.
