Potato Shell Taco Pie

Ingredients

• 1 tomato, chopped (medium)
• 1 cup(s) shredded lettuce
• 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
• 2 cup(s) instant mashed potato flakes
• 1 taco seasoning mix (1 ¼ ounce )
• ½ cup(s) Milk
• ¼ cup(s) butter
• + 5 more ingredients
• • ½ cup(s) bottled barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup(s) water
  • 1 can(s) refried beans (15 ounce can)
  • ½ cup(s) chopped onion

Melt butter, add milk and 2 tbl. dry taco seasoning mix. Remove from heat and stir in potato flakes. Press mixture over bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 10 inch pie plate.
