Pressure Cooker Beef Chili
Ingredients

- 2 ½ pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 2 tablespoons ancho chile powder

- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1/8 cup ground corn chips (optional)
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/8 cup chopped green onions
