Proper English Cottage Pie
Ingredients
- ¼ pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 ½ cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
