Recipe: Easy Tender London Broil

Ingredients

• ½ teaspoon dried thyme
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¹/₃ cup ketchup
• ¾ cup red wine
• 2 cloves garlic
• + 4 more ingredients
• • ½ large sweet onion

  • 2 pounds London Broil beef
