  • 4 or 5 lb corned beef brisket
  • 1 quart(s) kraut
  • rye bread
  • Thousand Island dressing

Cook corned beef brisket until done. Pull meat apart with fork. Fry kraut. Toast rye bread. Make sandwiches on toasted rye bread with corned beef and kraut. Pour Thousand Island dressing over kraut, or serve dressing on the side.
