Round Steak Supper


  • 1 ½ pound(s) boneless beef round steak
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 packet(s) dry onion soup mix
  • 4 potatoes, peeled, and cut into ½ inch cubes (large)
  • ½ cup(s) water

Place potatoes in slow cooker-cut beef into 4 pieces place over potatoes. In a bowl combine the soup, water, soup mix. Pour over the beef. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours on until meat and potatoes are tender.
