Salisbury Steak 6
Ingredients
- 1 can(s) Golden Mushroom soup
- ¼ cup(s) water
- 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef
- ½ cup(s) bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup(s) chopped onion
Cook onion until tender. Mix meat, 1/4 cup soup, bread crumbs, egg and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes. Drain off grease. Blend remaining soup with water. Pour over meat. Bake another 10 minutes until soup/water blend is hot.
