Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-½ lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 3-¼ cups water, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 cups instant potato flakes
    • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
    • 6 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
