Saucy Meatballs 5

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) water
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup(s) fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef
  • 1 can(s) Campbells tomato soup

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt. Shape into 16 meatballs. Brown in skillet; pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir now and then. Makes 4 1/2 Cups.
