  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • Cooking spray
    • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Preheat broiler. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle over steak. Place steak on broiler rack coated with cooking spray.
