Slow Cooked Short Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup(s) ketchup
  • 3 clove(s) garlic - minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) kitchen bouquet - if not using beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 4 pound(s) boneless beef short ribs or 4-6 pounds of bone in beef short ribs
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3 dash(s) Worcestershire sauce

    • 1 large onion - chopped
    • 1 ½ cup(s) water or beef broth
    • ¾ cup(s) cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
    • ½ cup(s) brown sugar
    • 2/3 cup(s) flour
    • ½ cup(s) chili sauce
