Slow cooker chilli beef


  • 900 g good quality minced beef
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 400 g canned tomato soup
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 410 g canned kidney beans
  • 1 cube of beef stock
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tbsp beef gravy granules, to thicken, optional
    • 4 tbsp parsley, chopped
    • soured cream, to serve
    • flour tortillas, to serve
    • ½ tsp hot chilli powder
