Slow Cooker French Dip


  • 1 can(s) beef broth (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can(s) condensed French onion soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can(s) beer (12 ounce can)
  • 6 french rolls
  • 4 pound(s) rump roast
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 6 slice(s) cheese of choice (optional)

Trim fat from the roast, and place in a slow cooker. Add the beef broth, soup and beer. Cook on low for approximately 7 hours. Preheat the oven to 350°.
