  • 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 4 teaspoons kosher salt

    • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
