Slow Cooker Tortilla, Cheese and Meat Bake

Ingredients

• 3 pound(s) ground beef
• 2 large onions, chopped
• 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoon(s) salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
• 12 corn tortillas, cut into 1" strips
• 16 ounce(s) tomato sauce

• • 1 ½ pound(s) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 64 ounce(s) (4-16 oz. cans)chili beans
  • 32 ounce(s) (2-16 oz. cans)corn, drained
  • 6 ounce(s) pitted olives (optional)
  • 20 ounce(s) (2 cans) enchilada sauce

Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Spray inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
